1. Do you have a minimum service charge?

Yes, we have a minimum trip charge of $50.00 to help cover fuel, labor and etc. (includes first hour of work upon arrival)

2. What is your hourly rate?

 

Our base rate is $25/Hour.  We will gladly bid and contract projects at a fixed price upon request.

 

3. Do you warranty your work?

 

Yes, each handyman will warranty his work for 1-year unless noted otherwise.

 

4. Do you give free estimates?

 

Yes, but the only time we charge is when someone is in need of an estimate for closing on a newly purchased home.

 

5. Do you use subcontractors?

 

Yes, only when we have too. The customer is notified upfront.

 

6. What kind of payment do you accept?

 

We accept cash and checks only.
